How to rent an outfit ?
1. TRY AT HOME

Select up to 3 outfits  Select up to 3 outfits (accessories not included ) to try at home for only 20 CHF. After your box is delivered, you have 24h to try the selection and return it in its prepaid box. You liked one of the outfit and want to book it for your event ? Easy, go back on the product page and book it for 4, 8 or 12 days, up to you ! The rental price includes cleaning, shipping and insurance for small damages ! There is no extra costs.

2. RENT

You receive your outfit in a LGR box by post the 1st day of the rental period (book your outfit 1 or 2 days before your event to avoid any shipping delay issues). Now, enjoy your outfit for 4,8 or 12 days ! Don't worry about anything but enjoying !

 3. WEAR

Each item is delivered with a protection sticker on it and a description sheet of the item condition. We make sure to put on rent items in very good condition. 

4. RETURN

In my box, I have my order, a note explaining our concept, a prepaid postage label to be used to return the item the last day of the rental period. Don't be late to return the item, another renter might need it too :)


Who should clean the outfit ?

La Garde-Robe is a service !

We take care of everything including cleaning the outfits. We work with the best cleaning services to make sure your items get shipped in perfect condition!

The cost of cleaning is ALWAYS included in our prices meaning you have no extra cost !


How far in advance should I book my outfit ?

You can book when you want: months or days before your event ! Dont be shy, some of our items are booked months in advance !

For the latecomers, you can rent last minute. For an additional 20 CHF you can be delivered next day + Saturdays. Reach us directly if you are very last minute :).


How many outfits can I rent in the same order ?

You can rent up to 3 items in the same order.


How long can I keep the outfit ?

You can keep the outfit for 4,8 or 12 days depending on your booking preferences. 

You will have to return the box the last day of the rental (as evidenced by the date as postmarked). If you want to keep the item longer, please reach us by email or by phone we could help find a solution.


What happen if I damage the item ?

Don't worry, we are friendly and we fully understand that clothes need to live !

That's why we insure small damages like buttons, broken zippers, second cleaning needed for heavy soils.

In case of big damage which means the item can't be worn anymore, we will collect the deposit. If the damage was caused by a third party, we advice you to use your third party liability. 


How can I make sure the item will fit ?

Super easy with LGR...

Choose up to 3 outfits you want to try (accessories not included). Press the "TRY" button on the product page. There you go ! You will receive your selection at home and will have 24h to try after delivery of the parcel. The trial option cost 20 CHF. No extra cost ! After 24h you return the box by putting the postage label prepaid on it.

The trial is a success and you want to book one of the outfit ? Go back on our website and book it in 2 seconds !

You have no time to try ?

Go on the outfit product page and check that the item measurements fit yours. You can also talk to us via our chatbot and request a skype appointment with our online stylist !She will help you choose the perfect outfit !


What should I do if I notice a problem on the outfit ? 

You receive in your box a description of all shipped items:

If you disagree with the description or if you notice defects on the item that are not referred in our description, and therefore you don't want to rent the item, then

- Do not remove the protection sticker on the items,

- Reach us quickly by email or by phone to let us know about the noticed difference of condition

- Return all articles within 24h after delivery.

- Reach us quickly by email or by phone within 24h after your received your parcel, to let us know about the noticed difference of condition (we likely will ask you to send us pictures).
